The greatest escape offered two of the most immersive rooms I've ever experienced. The Isle room was incredible and featured several types of puzzles I've never experienced before. You felt like you were actually in a secluded place and at times it even felt ominous. The museum room was similar in nature, but lesser so just based on the story line. It still felt authentic and immersive. Again, several puzzles I haven't experienced before that made you think differently. Every single puzzle (not using more specific words here to protect the secrecy of the rooms) worked perfectly and we were able to navigate without any issues. Throwing us under the bus but we did use a couple hints in each room. Very minimal though! Highly recommend trying their rooms out whether you're an expert or an amateur. It's sure to be fun for all, either way!

The front lobby was clean and had a no-charge foosball table you could play while waiting for your game to start, which was a nice Ent-Bite. (I am coining that here!) They also offered water bottles for sale. This will be helpful once the Arizona heat starts up in May (and ends in October). The AI room was clean and nicely decorated. We successfully escaped the room. It was fun seeing my husband and my two boys having fun. The negative - the location was understaffed. The business had just one employee working. This employee had to monitor all the rooms, which included giving clues to those in the various game rooms. He also was checking people in, taking pictures of those leaving, answering phones, and I assume also cleaning and prepping the room when people left. I get businesses wanting to increase their bottom line but they are being shortsighted when they cut corners that impact user experience. An escape room is about engaging in distraction. An understaffed escape room causes users to wait on a games master to address their questions while the clock is counting down. Our host said he added some time due to the delay. While that was nice, it would have been better to actually play the game as it should have been played so that our sense of accomplishment is not devalued. Anyway, the room was good, the theme and decoration was fine. Would I go back again, yes and no. There is nothing stopping me from going back, but if I find a business that better staffs its business, which also shows kindness to its staff, I prefer to support that business owner.

The puzzles were just challenging enough where we didn't feel frustrated but also didn't feel super easy either. We got out with just 6 minutes left on the clock so we definitely took majority of the time given to complete everything! The clues consisted a handheld table and no penalty to use them. We had a slow start and only used the clues 3 times and completed 18 min ahead of time. The last clue really tested our numbers skills so glad we could use our cell phones ! Had 1 handheld buttery and 2 black lights so I suggest you take advantage of this and were able to complete clues ahead of order. 13 haunted clues to escape the dollhouse. The owner was kind enough to take our photo in the escape room. Excellent experience would go again for a different challenge !

Our two host were entertaining and lead our hour game time. We were able to play a handful of games. All fun and some that I hadn't played before.
