Matt Liadaker is the most unprofessional, angry, arrogant man you will ever meet…read more His fees are considerably higher than anyone else's and he doesn't do half of what he is supposed to do - such as not providing a map or any easement info when you are paying more than double what other surveyors charge. We waited almost 3 months for him to do our survey when he had said it would be 4 weeks. You cannot question anything he does because he believes himself to be a god. He talks down to you. On a side note, don't get too close to him because he also smells horrible. There are too many other surveyors out there to even consider doing business with such an inconsiderate, volatile man.
