Had my hair done yesterday and it was a terrible experience. She scratched my ear with her nail and when i got home i found out i had dry blood in my ear from it. When she was brushing my hair the brush went in my eye and also scratched it. She washed my hair with very cold water after i told her numerous times if i could have it warmer. I asked for my hair cut short enough that its not touching my shoulders. She cut my hair to a length that it sits on my shoulders because she said "it would be more ideal for looking after" even though its not what i asked for. She curled my hair and then brushed my hair afterwards after telling her not to brush my hair because my hair is so thick and the curls would just fall out. When i got home my hair had not one single curl in it and it was unevenly cut. I was interrupted numerous times when explaining my skin condition that i had on my scalp and it was very irritated afterwards as she was clawing at my scalp with the brush.
