The way I felt in dealing with Mr. Bastarrika may be totally different to yours. First, I'd like to state that the Courts/Justice system truly needs to be monitored more closely in my opinion. My Mother has been wronged and so have I. I found that to be a bit rude. I guess sites like Lexis+, Casetext & Westlaw along with the numerous legal "robot" sites coming out make it feel like a chore to read? I'll edit this once everything is over with but I would look into the booming industry of fake reviews (you'd be surprised how easy it is to get great reviews on almost any review site) as well as badges from websites like "Top Doctor" or "Top Lawyer" (I am pretty sure, not certain though, that most of those badges are purchased and you can just have two colleagues recommend you and viola, you have a badge). I'll leave it off with this...make a list of Attorneys you'd like to meet with and make sure they are a bit far from each other as it's inevitable they will become friendly with each other. Basically, this would not be my first pick if I was in need of legal assistance. Again you may have a great experience when communicating with this business, but all my communications have not been so good.

When I ask for Michael or Erica to please show me where I said such things, I get no response. My case was not resolved, very poor communication (if any at all). I have sent numerous e-mails and I still can't get my file nor invoice on what was done with the money he received. In my opinion and my personal experience, this Law Office is very unprofessional. I will add more once everything is over with but I would not recommend at all. I am in shock at the way I was treated and given the run away.
