Chris was invaluable with helping us get a home for our small family. We started looking for a home…read moreduring a time when the real estate market was extremely hot (summer 2020). It was a CRAZY seller's market. Almost all of the homes on MLS, that we wanted to see first, had offers already pending. We had go to our secondary list. Of the homes we saw, we didn't find a home that fit all our family needs. Some of them had offers coming in as well. It was apparent to us that we needed to find a place, and fast! Over the course of the next two week (during a pandemic), we went on to see many more homes, and we finally found one. Luckily, our offer (1 of 3) was accepted, and now we have a wonderful home to live in and let our son grow up in, close to an elementary school for him to attend. It takes a high degree of diligence, perseverance, and focus to successfully find a home when the real estate market is that busy! It takes a realtor who is willing to help (at an instant) to answer questions, make appointments, and look out for your best interest to achieve one's goal to find a home. Thanks for always picking up the phone, Chris.
