I received a call to let me know and ask if I would mind them creating a different arrangement which I did not. I described what I would like as an alternative. Later the same day, I received another call to verify some additional details. When my friend received the arrangement, she sent me a picture and I must say it exceeded all my expectations and was much prettier than the one I chose myself. Gorgeous flowers, full of beautiful colors! The communication with the florist was also five star. They definitely went above and beyond to fulfill my order on time. The next morning I received a phone call from the florist asking to call them back, which I did around noon. They stated they could not do a standing spray for the price that was listed on their website, but they could do a flower basket. They claim they do not set the prices on their website. I told them that I should get what I paid for on the website and they said they could not do it for that price. So being that I needed that floral arrangement at the funeral service later that day, I had already paid, I went ahead with the flower basket. This felt like a classic bait and switch and I highly recommend people stay away from this establishment.
