She was patient and kind and answered all of the daft questions I could possibly throw her way! She went out of her way to find us options that suited us and when one of our doors threw a spanner in the works (who knew a door could be too small!?) she just found us alternatives that fit within our budget and still did what we wanted. Nothing was ever too much for Desi and we knew that if we dropped her an email with a question we wouldn't be kept waiting for a reply as you can be with some trades. It really is a family run business with Andy coming out to measure up the doors for us too and they have never been anything but incredibly honest with us along the way - offering advice and options so we could make our own (well informed) decisions. Then when the doors were fitted, you wouldn't have even known that they'd been - so clean and tidy! I cannot wait to be in a position to be able to replace our windows because these guys will be our first stop for sure.

Their representative gave us a quote without any pressure, advised us and didn`t once slate any other companies off, to try and gain favour and was professional throughout. Having instructed Global to do the work, the fitters did a great job. They arrived as promised and completed the work within the time frame stated. They were very friendly, efficient, neat and tidy and cleared up after themselves everyday. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were kept informed all the way about adjustments and snags, until things were resolved. Had a few problems but we had not paid them so they were sorted asap. When it started to rain had a few more problems , phoned them twice no one rang us back sent them an email no reply. would not recommend at all. also the work in places is a bit on the poor side.
