I've occasionally seen retail prices this good (ok, rarely), but never in this combination of large, neat, comfortable store, exceptional prices, and helpful staff. Kind of like REI for apparel, with plenty of overlap, but leans a bit more towards work clothing than hiking/mountaineering/leisure. I can't think of a store of this kind in the entire state that is this good. Worth the drive from far away, especially as the cold weather season approaches. Helps you survive winters up here!

Out of all the Premium Outlets I've visited this one has probably been the most meh. The various store employees were mixed. There were some that were helpful, and other that sort of helped begrudgingly like they were doing you a favor. The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. The Shake Shack is not in the outlet mall, it's on the other side of the highway.
