Last year they came and sprayed Mt yard for the 2nd time in the season and it killed large sections of grass all over my yard. He said it was because it was so dry. This year same thing, except we've had a ton of rain. Didn't even bother to call him because when I did last year I got an hour long lecture, not an apology or desire to make it better. I even had to pay him for killing G my grass, full price. Now I've had a tree in my yard for 15 years. No problems. He starts spraying my lawn, now the tree has some bug that ALL his other customers have and the tree will die if I don't PAY him more money to fix the tree. Hmm sounds like a scam to me. The association reached out(2-3x) and requested a call back inquiring whether they would be coming to shovel eventually or not. Nobody ever responded. Some of the owners ended up shoveling the several inches of snow for the entire walkway around the property so that the disabled and elderly had a way to get in and out of their condo and downstairs to their cars. To say we were disappointed with the company's lack of service and response is an understatement. Had we received a response in any way, my review may have been better. The charge for service is comparable for the area, but the quality of service and dependability is very poor.
