From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. They made the entire process easy and comfortable, and I never felt rushed. Dr. Jonathan was wonderful--thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does. The optical technician was also incredibly helpful. I don't remember her name, but she explained what to look for in a properly fitting pair of glasses better than anyone ever has--and I've been wearing glasses for a very long time. That really stood out to me. I've also had multiple follow-up calls, and the staff has always been understanding and helpful. Overall, a great place to get eye care, and I would absolutely recommend them!

But after my exam he told me he felt I needed to go to the hospital. That he thought it was something more severe. Turns out I was a Type 1 diabetic. Diagnosed by my optometrist. I just recently went back in 2015 and saw Dr Gimness again. This time I do need glasses. And the time he took and the in depth explanations I was given telling me how things work and what happens with my particular disease and my eyes was great.
