When we were trying to install out new cedar tub, it was a bit of a mess. We worked with a contractor, plumber, electrician, and landscape company. And no one could get it right .... except Jared. He was able to identify several problems and knew how to get the job done correctly. Since then, he's been maintaining our hot tub and does a great job. He's friendly, personable, and responsive (even tho he's very busy). I highly recommend Jared and Hot Lava Spas!

It took…read moreAnthony 21 days of making appointments then standing me up me losing many gallons of water because he pulled the plug on the pump until he finally installed a new or he claimed it was new , pump. Come to find out from another spot company that the pump was faulty . Now 31 days has passed and he ghosted me . Gave him $673 to fix my tub by installing a new pump and ended up having to pay another company 650 to get my hot tub running . Took him to small claims court and won my case. *****PLEASE STAY AWAY***** Anthony came out to our house looked at some very minor stuff that…read moreneeded to be done to our hot tube said he could handle it ask for a deposit of $500 we gave it to him here is the list of stuff that needed to be done 1 find the leak in the corner 2 clean the hot tube 3 spin the hot tube a quarter turn he said NO PROBLEM well he showed back up got dropped off on the sidewalk with a tool box and an extension cord spent 3.5 hours pacing back and forth in the back yard and had one panel removed which he needed my drill for when i went back there to ask him what was going on he said he was waiting for a ride to go find a part about a hour later he got picked up from someone not at all professional and left never came back Anthony Griner is a thief and i think if anyone would like to use him maybe talk him into going to rehab please be aware
