Mark spent the time to patiently listen to my work experience as well as my concerns, and after presenting my options, built this case on the facts, as well as fighting for medically documented injury inclusion. Mark is comfortable to deal with, as well as professionally sharp minded and responsive when dealing with both employer and insurance company denials. I received the proper medical evaluations, many of which were originally requested by company doctors and repeatedly denied by insurance carriers. These evaluations medically documented the serious nature of my injuries and played a significant role in determining injury. It was very discouraging because there are times I needed assistance getting dressed because of the pain. Lastly she gave me a scheduled time to speak with an attorney for consultation of my potential WC and she specifically mentioned on the phone that I will need to call the office on that scheduled date and time.
