With 99/100 attorneys I've dealt with in the past, you end up leaving messages and playing phone tag, that was never the case with Wall & London. From then on out everything was made as easy as a legal matter could possibly be. I appreciated Rachel's candor throughout the process, she always gave me my options with zero rushing or pressuring me into an abrupt resolution. She also wasn't afraid to stand by our position and advocate strongly to ensure that we could reach the most equitable settlement possible. Frankly the assistance that Rachel provided with my unemployment hearing was by itself worth the retainer fee. Ms. London went the distance and achieved success for me when other employment law firms either flat out rejected my case or wouldn't return a phone call! I'll always be grateful for that. Because of Wall & London's representation, a true "win-win" was reached and a workplace injustice was remedied.

After almost a year with another attorney, who did absolutely nothing but write numerous unnecessary motions and schedule unrequested conference calls in order to inflate their bill, I went looking for a new lawyer. Not only was he able to resolve my issues quicker than I could have hoped for but I came out of court with everything I needed / wanted to move forward happily with my daughter. There are things you did that were wrong. Extremely questionable, but still you did not respond to my calls. I have records of all your actions and unanswered calls. I wanted to take a moment to right this review and express my sincere gratitude for all that your team did for me and my family during such a difficult time. Your knowledge and expertise were invaluable in helping us navigate the complex world of elder care, nursing homes, social workers and estate planning. Your compassion and understanding made all the difference in the world. Mr Rothkoffs guidance and support helped us make informed decisions that we otherwise would have struggled with, I am so grateful for the peace of mind that you were able to provide. Your dedication to your clients is truly inspiring, and I feel so fortunate to have had you on our side. I especially appreciate the time you took to help us with Medicare applications. It can be such a daunting process, and your assistance made all the difference in ensuring that we were able to access the care that we needed. Thank you again for everything that you did for us. Your kindness and professionalism will never be forgotten. Chuck Gutleber and Family

Thank goodness for Rothkoff and his team. Knowing that my mother would have an advocate should…read moresomething had happened to my sister and I was a great comfort. It was a challenge to find a law firm that not only was affordable, but also had a team of social workers attached. Janie, Danielle, and Chelsea were always available. We never went to a care conference alone. And even if a social worker was new and we were learning together, I always had a team to go to to make sure I was on track with what I was advocating for for my mother when her facility was not doing it's job and trying to push us out. When it came time to apply for Medicaid for our mom, Shannon and the Rothkoff team helped us through it big time! That was a huge, stressful undertaking and I don't think we would have gotten through it as swiftly as we did without them. The other amazing aspect of the law firm is the community for caregivers they try to create. I was out of state and could unfortunately not attend events, but it was helpful to know that they are really in deep with caregiving and trying to find ways to support caregivers in all endeavors. Janie was the first social worker we met with and, although she has moved onto another job, we will forever be grateful for her and her support. And when my mom passed, Jerry Rothkoff and his staff sent me and my sister a condolence card and called to check in. Just to check in. It wasn't a business call I was expecting to close out our time with them, he literally just called to see how we were doing. It's been over a year and I'm still waiting on a condolence from my mom's facility. I would use Rothkoff Law Group again in a heartbeat! They have expertise but most importantly, a lot of heart that guides them.
