You don't need to get tickets in advance but can just turn up at the meeting point (the fountain outside) at the assigned times. The tour was jn German but I believe there is one a day in English too. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of info on wines produced in the area and the history of the wine cellar. Well worth the money and very interesting.
