They laid tarps on all the floors, explained what they were going to do and set my mind at ease. Their kindness and patience with me was very much appreciated. Aside from this, their painting was beautiful and professional. Pictures were taken of the area to be painted. They moved what needed to be moved then returned to the same place according to their photo. Nothing broken and all handled with gentle respect. Everyday before they left, it was total cleanup. Greg and Chris did outstanding work throughout the painting process. They took a great deal of care in removing the cabinet doors and drawer faces and moving them outside for sanding and painting. They paid a lot of attention in keeping the dust to a minimum while working on the frames inside the kitchen and keeping the work area in general neat and orderly. We are very impressed with the quality of the finish on the cabinets. They really do look like new with a factory pain job. Excellent quality work. Greg and Chris kept us informed throughout the process and cleaned up before they left. Couldn't be happier with the finished product and the level service we received. Excellent job removing popcorn ceilings and patching, but the supervision, painting, and sheetrock…read moredust was unacceptable. Our home was treated as a construction site. No effort to contain the dust and as a matter of fact a fan was used to dry the sheet rock which contributed to spreading the dust. Wall to ceiling paint lines were uneven in several places and brush lines in corners. Paint spatters are everywhere, hardwood floors, sinks, faucets. The owner eluded that the paint they use does not spatter, even though we showed him in person and in pictures. Some effort was made to clean it up but we are still finding lots of spatters 2 months out. Our quote was very unprofessional, handwritten and given to us after starting the job with a lot of items discussed left out so additional $'s were paid to complete the job

On top of that they are kind, responsive, and organized. Chris will provide a very detailed invoice once he has reviewed the project which was super helpful. They took a small and dingy bathroom of mine and widened it, tackling many surprises along the way that most contractors would ask you to specialists for due to their narrow skill set.
