Josh advertises as a handyman as well. Hired him for a small caulking job. Something went wrong (most likely forgetting to pierce the film, but he wasn´t going to admit that) with the caulking that ruined the caulking gun and tube of caulking so he ended up applying it with his finger. He didn´t even remove all of the old caulking. Needless to say it came out horrible and he vowed to come back the next day to ¨fix it.¨ I knew I was never going to see him again after he insisted on being paid for his hours worth of work ($50.) HE NEVER RETURNED. Will not return calls or texts. Good riddance. He probably needed the fifty bucks more than me. read more

Dan and Chris Schmig Heating and Cooling came out to see me with no heat in my house at 7pm. (He…read morewouldn't charge me an after hours charge)They got my furnace going. It failed the next day and Chris came out while I was at work (With my permission) and fixed the furnace, "so I would have heat when I came home from work" in his words. He didn't charge me a second fee! Not only that, Chris called me at 6:30 that evening to make sure everything was rolling smoothly. It's humming along perfectly now!
