Rowdy Brown sold us two awesome trucks for our company. He worked so hard to get the pricing and…read morethe extras that we wanted. Really made us feel that he was on our side. We got 2 great deals they even drove the trucks to Austin for us!!! Great service, great salesman. We will be back for our next truck.

Avoid at all costs. I was sold an expensive used truck with low miles. I was told it had the…read moreremaining 50-thousand-mile factory warranty and also told I could extend it to the 100,000-mile warranty when the time came. I kept calling and asking about the warranty info and kept getting the run around. I bought the truck in 2019 and still only have 57,000 miles on it. I went to Killeen to trade in the truck, and they were excited to make a deal. Then after running my Vin I was told that NO dealership would touch the truck since it was made and registered in Canada. This makes all Chevy warranties void. By law dealerships are required to disclose the Canadian issue. I drove straight to speak with Lee who spent most of our conversation bragging about his 23-year-old girlfriend and how his wife wasn't happy. Then Lee passed me off to his sales manager who offered me no end of BS and told me the dealerships were trying to scam me. They wanted to buy my truck. He further told me I did not need a Chevy warranty as I had the "Lee Hoffpauer Guarantee." Sorry but Chevy doesn't cheat on their wife and lie to customers so I would rather go with the Chevy warranty. The sales manager then offered to have a third party buy my truck for 30 grand. He wanted to screw me twice. I told him I can't sell it or trade in in at any dealership and he said that he would give me a letter saying they would buy it for 30 grand. The truck is worth much more than 30 grand. Even the auctions are required to disclose Canadian manufacture by law. I would really prefer not to do this but I am suing them. They will lose as they clearly broke the law. Even the dealership across the street told me I had to sue them. I am not happy to have to do this and I am not someone who sues people normally, but I have no choice. I have a million visitors to my fakebook page yearly and will make sure I get the word out.

I see quite a few of these reviews are not recent. They definitely are not anything like I…read moreexperienced with my visit and purchase with this dealership. First, let me say, it's a unique experience. It is a smaller dealership. They are NOT a buy here pay here and you do have to qualify. Now. We had been checking online for a vehicle. We saw thru CarGurus that this location had a vehicle we wanted and it was a great price. Obviously the vehicles offered on that website are certified pre-owned. Perfect!!!! Went to the dealership. They close at 5, we arrived around 430. They did not rush us at all. We were assisted by Ernesto. Super friendly guy, btw. He went over all the details of the car and then some. The knowledge they have about their vehicles is not normal, in my experience, for a small town, small dealer. It actually exceeded our expectations. We put in our application and went home. Came back at 10am next day to complete paperwork and finalize purchase... haha. Or so everyone thought. Until my loving oh so thoughtful husband said "hey honee, check out this Land Rover Luxury!" Needless to say we ended up changing our minds and went home with a totally different car than we had planned AND we also purchased a truck for my parents and it was such a good price we paid cash! It was an amazing experience and Adrien and his team were just super great thru the entire process! Thanks so much for your patience with us... we will be back for that other Truck later!!! *** please give this business a chance to earn your business. They really are great. If you give them the opportunity, they will get you what they need.

I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. I visited to look at a Honda Civic for my son,…read morebut was immediately told not to even consider it because, in the salesperson's words, they wouldn't put their own daughter in it. Instead, we were shown a truck that they claimed was safe and reliable--something they would put their daughter in. Less than a month after purchasing it, the transmission failed. My son had barely made his first payment. It took nearly two months for the truck to be returned, and now, just two weeks later, we're dealing with fuel line issues and faulty sensors--it's back in the shop again. We've made five payments and have only had the truck in our possession for about a month in working condition. Each time we try to reach someone at the dealership, we're told the person we need to speak with is unavailable. At this point, we are spending more money repairing the truck than we are making payments on it. We were clearly sold a lemon. I am updating this review to provide additional context regarding my experience with the dealership. After my initial review was posted, my fiancé spoke with the dealership, and they inquired whether he knew a Heather Greene. He informed them that I am his fiancée and that the truck was purchased for my son. They then asked him if he could have me remove the review because i was not part of the process, even though i spoke to the salesperson and it was my money for the down payment. Since that conversation, we finally received the truck back on June 1st. Unfortunately, on June 3rd, the truck had to be returned to the shop for an additional $1,500 worth of repairs. We originally purchased this truck for $10,000, and to date, we have invested an additional $6,000 in repairs. My son continues to bear these ongoing expenses. It is important to note that the dealership's response claimed they had no record of a transaction during this time frame. However, as documented, my fiancé spoke with them directly, and they acknowledged the purchase. I typically do not write reviews, but given the circumstances, I feel compelled to share our experience. During the purchasing process, I was told by a salesperson, "I would not put my own daughter in the honda civic, but I would in this truck," which ultimately led us to proceed with the purchase. It is disheartening that some businesses engage in practices that leave customers feeling misled and financially burdened. We received the truck back on June 4, 2025, and unfortunately, it had to be returned to the shop the very next day, June 5, 2025. The truck has been in the shop for approximately five months, and has only been driven for less than a month in total during that time. Additionally, the dealership attempted to claim that the mechanic was responsible for all of the issues, which is inaccurate.

Right from the jump, he was incredibly straightforward. There was zero pressure, zero hassle, and absolutely no need to waste time haggling over the price. He gave it to us straight, which is so rare and refreshing in the car-buying world. Our Finance Manager, Michael was equally amazing. Financing a vehicle can usually feel like pulling teeth, but Michael made it a breeze. He was efficient, thorough, and just a great guy to talk to. I still can't believe it, but we spent a grand total of only three hours at the dealership. That included the test drive of three used Sequoias, picking the one we liked out of the three, the vehicle inspection, and getting all the final paperwork squared away with finance. We've all heard or experienced the horror stories of spending 6 to 8 hours at a dealership, but Chris and Michael valued our time and had us on the road in a flash. What stood out to us the most was the sheer respect we received. Walking into dealerships can sometimes feel intimidating, but Chris and Michael provided a truly delightful customer experience without a single ounce of judgment or prejudice. They treated us like family from the moment we walked through the doors. We love our new (used) Sequoia Capstone and we can recommend Toyota of Cedar Park without a doubt. Go see (ask for) Chris and Michael they will take incredible care of you! Now the great part of the experience we learned Chris was a veteran like ourselves. But unfornalutely he served in the Navy, my wife and I are both Army veterans. Go Army! Beat Navy!!

My recent experience with Toyota of Cedar Park was extremely disappointing and confirms many of the…read moreconcerns people have about dealership practices. I will not be doing business with this dealership again and strongly caution others to be very careful if they choose to do so. My wife and I came in to test drive a car and, after the test drive, submitted a credit application--explicitly authorizing a credit pull--with the clear intent to purchase the vehicle. We were told everything was in order and scheduled an appointment the following morning for my wife to move forward with financing and paperwork. At no point were we informed that the vehicle was still at risk of being sold. While my wife was on her way to completing the financing process, she received a call informing her that the vehicle had been shown to another couple and sold. This occurred despite our salesperson clearly communicating to management that this deal was essentially set. That information was dismissed, and management allowed another salesperson to show and sell the vehicle without extending us even the courtesy of a phone call to give us the opportunity to finalize the purchase--which we absolutely would have done. I work with dealerships regularly in my profession, and while you hear stories like this, you hope they are exaggerated or rare. Unfortunately, this experience proved otherwise. When I raised the issue with management, the response felt scripted, dismissive, and entirely policy-driven, with no ownership or genuine concern for how poorly this was handled. It became very clear that the priority was selling the vehicle as quickly as possible, regardless of fairness, professionalism, or existing commitments. The message sent was simple: once a faster or more convenient sale appears, an active and committed customer is expendable. That reflects a lack of integrity in both process and leadership. I previously had a positive experience purchasing from Toyota of Cedar Park, which makes this situation even more disappointing. This was not a failure of the salesperson I worked with--it was a management decision, and it speaks volumes about how business is conducted there. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you choose to do business here, proceed with caution and do not assume that verbal assurances, credit applications, or scheduled appointments mean anything unless a deal is fully executed. This dealership and its management team should be ashamed of themselves!
