I'd give 0 stars if I could. The person showing it was extremely late. We also sent a deposit via e-transfer that they missed for 4 full days; then called us lyres saying we didn't send it when we actually did so they gave the house to another family 2 weeks before we have to move. They had already took our payment and told us we'd have to wait for a cheque instead of etransfering it back the same way. No one speaks to each other in the office so no one knows their ass from a hole in the ground. Thank goodness we figured all this out before signing a lease with the scam artists. I've been renting from Kente for almost a year, and they have been fantastic! Our basement sink faucet blew off, and we had to shut off the water and call them. Within an hour there was a plumber at our door and the issue was fixed. Also, we moved in during April, while there was still a lot of snow on the ground. Our bck deck had a lot of garbage under it from the previous tenant. When we brought it up to them, it was cleaned before we had even woken up the next morning! They're very attentive to concerns, and very friendly every time we go into the office! Best rental company I've ever had! read more
