They make them in front of you scooping up whatever goodness you have selected. We got the chile verde (my favorite) and the asadero which was a saucy, red concoction. The burritos are $3.50 each and very filling. The salsa they give you is hot. I will definitely be back to try some of the other offerings. The entrance is at the new traffic signal corner of W 42nd St and State Hwy 302 (Kermit Hwy). There are about a dozen of fuel pumps for autos and diesel lanes are to the back. This Pilot includes a self serve Dunkin (NOT Dunkin Donuts) with day old donuts, PJ Fresh serves all the pizza (2/$7 or $3.59 ea), chicken strips, wings, roasted chicken ,sides and more. Inside the store is very spacious, clean and new restrooms and showers for drivers. Overall close to the in laws, I'll be stopping here more often!
