First off I would like to say that Brian did a great job. He got me fixed up no problem. My only…read moreissue with the whole process was that communication with the dispatchers was poor. I called in about 9/9:30 Saturday and was told a technician would be there between 9:55 to 11:55. A tech didn't show up. I understand that. Service calls can vary in times so no worries. I called in at 12:30 for an update. Dispatch was busy and couldn't answer. I was told there would be a call back. I waited until about 13:30. No call. So I called back. Once Brian showed up he did a great job getting my leak fixed, working around other workers I had here setting up new appliances.
