Storm with Dave's Towing was an absolute gem and lifesaver -- he did a tow for us (in the middle of…read morethe night, driving to us from 3 hours away when nobody closer was able to). He's also a mechanic and, seeing our stress levels, offered to go ahead and fix the alternator problem to get us back on the road without further delays. He was professional, competent, and so very kind. We went back to the hotel to sleep given the hour and he worked throughout the night to get it resolved by morning. He explained every step and maintained open communication with us -- his expertise and commitment were clear He even called us that evening to make sure we made it to our destination okay without any further issues. He made a stressful situation bearable and restored our faith in human kindness. Their business card has "compassion, integrity, and trust" imprinted on it....and they live up to each one of those principles. I highly recommend Storm and the Dave's Towing Team!!

I was greeted by Brendan upon arrival and checked-in with Bryan at the front desk. The process was quick and easy, it took less than 2 minutes and I was seated in the waiting area. I was immediately impressed with the friendly and professional staff. The waiting room was spotless with plenty of auto magazines to keep me occupied during my wait. I met Zach and Mike, the automotive technicians and had an opportunity to ask questions and get their expert advice on my SUV service. Mike noted that one of my front wiper blades was worn out and the set needed to be replaced. Great catch just in time for the winder weather! Mike even took a picure of the worn wiper blade for my service paperwork, above and beyond what the 'big' dealerships do. Brendan (owner) and the entire Avery team was great, the technicians answered all of questions and the billing charge was very reasonable. Avery Automotive provides 'old fashioned quality service, with honesty and integrity. I will be a customer for life and give them my HIGHEST recommendation anyone's automotive service needs.
