Drew and the staff did a great job on the fit and the design of the components for my prosthetics. I had been having several issue with the amputated portion of the leg. I have since received the new prosthetic leg and it is working very well for me. Thanks Drew and all the staff. Great Job read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience was less than satisfactory…read more Originally I was to receive my glasses in 1-2 weeks It has now been over 3 months and I just now got my glasses. I'd made several trips to try them on at both locations in two different towns 55 miles from me. During this time more than once they said come to one location to go and find out OOPS not here. I finally said refund me it's ridiculous. They suddenly realized what may be wrong with the lenses after THREE trips there. I am positive they did nothing to "fix" them just had me come back a week later to see if I'd suddenly be able to see. They were defective! They were sent to be remade. 8 days later they call and ask why I hadn't gotten them to find out OOPS they never sent them off. 2 weeks later they call, say they are done and where to pick up. Knowing how careless they are I called before I left for the 55 mile trip to be told they will be at other office now OOPS. I go to specified office and they tell me OOPS they are at other office. I literally called 2 hrs before ! At this point I don't want the glasses. It's obvious they do not care about their clients whatsoever. She then says OOPS they are here in someone's car. I got my glasses and whatever was wrong was fixed but this is unacceptable. I have a grandbaby I have to haul around and have spent enough in gas to buy a designer pair of glasses. I will never go back. I never got so much as an apology not once. They care nothing about their clients. Although I have no complaints with Dr Brush this is his office, practice, staff and clients.

I fought placing my elderly husband in a nursing home for nearly a year. By the time it was clear…read moreI couldn't continue to care for him at home, he was 93, blind and partially deaf. He had dementia with an active hallucinatory disorder, and his ability to ambulate was severely impaired. After admitting him to Calvert City Convalescent Center, he would beg me to take him home. In his mind, he was not an invalid. I would come home at night and cry myself to sleep. He has been a resident here for over a year now. The staff is like part of our family. The kindness they show my husband is genuine with hugs, kisses, emotional support and sympathy when his dementia causes him to experience fear and anxiety. Because of a downward trend in his condition where he now has no desire for food or liquids, we (family) asked for him to be transferred to hospice care. The mood of the staff was very respectful and supportive. I'm not sure why we have been so fortunate in finding a facility like this, but we are 100% confident that his life will end in comfort, compassion and, as his youngest daughter said (paraphrasing) "a gentle freeing from his worldly bonds so his spirit can once again be free to soar". Thank You CCCC.

Nobody ever wants to have a problem that requires medical attention, but the staff at Mercy Health were amazing! I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years, so I know good care when I see it. Everyone from the techs, nurses, nurse practitioner, registration staff, and the doctor were all kind, quick, and thorough with my stepmother's care. The staff assessed, treated, and discharged my stepmother in a timely manner and made sure they gave us clear discharge instructions and directions for follow-up care. Rating from F to A+++, I would give them an A+++. I would definitely recommend this hospital for your care needs.
