Don't go here! These guys messed up a simple oil change. These simpletons changed the oil on my Odyssey and manage to strip the oil pan bolt out. My van ran low on oil so I had another mechanic look for an oil leak. He found that the oil drain plug bolt was leaking and was finger loose and full of red RTV sealant. This hack shop was the last to change the oil. Since they over tightened the oil drain plug it stripped and then they proceeded to load up the bolt with RTV sealant to keep it from leaking, this did not work. This cost me a few hundred $s to repair all due to this shop not being able to do a simple oil change correctly or notify the customer that they made an error. I don't know when I've ever been treated so poorly by a business! I ordered new tires on the Net, and they were delivered to Kennett Transmissions. They turned out to be way too large, but KT installed them anyway, saying nothing. I discovered the mistake, called Toyota and described the problem, and they said not to drive the car, that it was dangerous with those tires. I only asked very, very politely that the installation service be refunded by KT, thinking they should have recognized the huge size error and not installed the tires, but they refused and told me to kiss my a**. They refused mediation by the Better Business Bureau, of which they are a member. I will never go in there again and will tell all my friends not to give them business. I am amazed that they are still in business if they treat other customers this way. read more

These guys gave me a free diagnosis of my car and even explained to my why my car was acting the way it was and what it would take to fix my car. I understand a little about how things work but they explained to me why and how the bad part was affecting my car. After doing all of this they gave me a great price to get all the work done. I left my car with them and it was done by the end of the day and it felt so much better than when I took it there. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. The owner did deficient work on my car, leaving it leaking transmission fluid. A mechanic at a dealership showed me the defective work and recommended that since I had only driven the car approximately 3,000 miles since KT "fixed" it, I should take it back to KT and ask them to fix it. I did so, and owner Ed stated that he would make the repair as a gesture of "good faith." He refused my offer to cover some or all of the cost, for which I was very appreciative at the time. I left the car there for two weeks and was assured that the work was done (notably, no receipt was provided). The car clearly was still leaking fluid, and when I took it to an independent mechanic, he advised me with "100% certainty" that the repair had not been made or even attempted. The leaking seal was untouched. I paid $200 to have the work done elsewhere, and when I went back to tell KT Owner Ed that I did not appreciate his dishonesty, he became combative, said he ordered and personally supervised the installation of the new part. that he wouldn't stand there and argue with me, and that the other (honest) mechanic just "wanted to make a buck" off of me. I'm incredulous that someone who treats his customers like this is still in business! read more
