Her office was at one time much much closer to home, but even with her offices move, it's still easy to get too. Appointment making is easy and I can see all the updates on my patient portal which is really, especially when I need refills on medications. Office staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly and they don't over book, at least for me, my wait time has never been more than 10-15min. Honestly, I understand no one wants to wait and time is important, but sometimes appointments take a little longer, and I am never rushed, when it is my turn.

Words can't express how wonderful they are and how terrific they have treated us. Their nurses and office staff are also terrific. Want an urgent appointment or talk to a nurse? You got it. If you prefer, they also provide a "patient portal" where you can email the doctor or nurse, read your test results, request Rx refills and get a history of your visits. Telehealth visits are also easy to set up. So, are you looking for a super primary care physician then go to Autumn Ridge. Absolutely highly recommended.

Not going back anymore. Patients are important too. I imagine there are other doctors in the East Brunswick area that would fill the void left by patients jumpinghe ship. She's a nice person really. But the way she runs a practice, leaves much to be desired. I beg others to look for another physician. I gave her, and her staff, the benefit of the doubt twice before, but I will never go back.

The staff and nurses put you at ease and treat you like you are their top priority. Kind, attentive and friendly! We recently had our son there for surgery and the dr will come out or call after the procedure. My one complaint is that the wifi is very poor there and a lot of their communication to families in the waiting room are texts and phone. You dont get good reception, if at all. The dr had tried calling us and got our voice mail and left 2 messages that we had to leave the building to pick up. BUT...the staff called the doctor directly and we were able to speak to him. That meant a great deal to us, knowing that both our doctor and the staff went out of their way for us. Great staff, great care!

I never saw the anesthesiologist before or during the procedure. I was face down on the table as they put the beta dye on and noted it was cold, and then that's all I remember till I woke up. Every other procedure I've had in my life, I've always been visited by the anesthesiologist, told what they were gonna give me, and then given a warning when they're gonna give it to me. I'm waiting for them to call me back on my question about that. I'm more than willing to change this review once they do that.
