Make sure to get a written quote prior to every groom (even if you've used them for years) because she will find a way to scam you. I was charged $591 to groom our 3 babies. When I asked her why the price was so exorbitant (as we had NEVER paid this amount for any prior grooms), she gave me a song and dance about how adding services will change pricing. Of course, everyone knows that is the case in every situation, but we have been getting the EXACT same service with no changes for 3 full years. We also discovered that she had been charging us the max price for all 3 cats (the 12lbs + tier), when there is only 1 at that weight. I do not recommend this company!

It took me an about 7 months to get on schedule with ZenDog Mobile grooming. Definitely worth the wait!!! We no longer have to carry Izzi to the groomer, drop her off and return later to pick her up. ZenDog eliminates all the wasted time and energy trips back and forth to the groomer. They're very competitively priced and Wendy does an amazing job with Izzi. I wouldn't normally bring my dog to daycare but yesterday I had to because we were getting work…read moredone in the house. I brought him here (cannon dr.) because it's very close to my job and had relatively reasonable prices. I came to say hi on my break because it was his first time and I wanted to check in (don't judge he's my baby) when I came in to see him he was bleeding from his legs and paws, split a dewclaw in half and was covered in drool (one of his stress responses) the staff then told me he was moved to the other building because he climbed on top of the crate he was in. he filed down all his nails trying to get out of the crate/kennel they had him in. he was brought outside on a leash only. he was not able to free roam or play with other dogs. I guess doggy daycares here are different from where I am from because for me a doggy daycare is a place dogs can run around and not be in a cage all day. hence why I brought him there. I will never be bringing him back and I hope to find a place that will actually take care of him while I'm at work and not lock him in a crate. if you're comfortable with paying for your dog to be locked up all day, don't hesitate to bring them here but if you're looking for a place for your dog to run around and have fun with other dogs this is not the place. The staff was very friendly and sent 3 pictures of him while I was working. they were all very kind. I'm just confused on what their job is if they aren't watching the dogs in their care. this was all easily preventable.

We needed to leave town and of course leaving them was giving me major anxiety. I particularly was looking for a pet sitter that was available to do overnights and do their 3x/day feedings. I was impressed starting from the first meeting we had with Alyssa. She came prepared with a questionnaire and noted every little detail about each cat. Their likes, dislikes, feeding schedule, favorite toys, etc.... I really appreciated that as each of our cats are very different. And I also saw how well she interacted with them during that first meeting. Communication with her has been stellar. Alyssa takes the most amazing photos & sent lots of video updates too. Especially for someone like me who was a nervous wreck leaving them- getting constant updates from her really put my mind at ease. Any time I would check in- she would respond right away. One of our cats in particular is shy with strangers and I was worried that she wouldn't eat while we were gone. I gave Alyssa some recommendations as to how to coax her to eat and Alyssa was so patient with her and kept trying everything she can. And Alyssa was able to get her to eat every meal! I can tell that she was trying to do whatever she can so to make sure our cats were happy and comfortable (which they were!). Alyssa was also very respectful of our home. Even though she spent 3 days at our place- you wouldn't even know! She stripped the sheets, towels, & asked if there's anything else she can do so to make our arrival less stressful. Litter boxes/surrounding areas were spotless! She took amazing care of our home (and for people that are borderline ocd clean- that means a lot). I can't recommend her enough! Will definitely be using Alyssa the next time we need a pet sitter. P.S. She also happens to be the sweetest and has a very calming energy which I know pets gravitate toward.
