The bank told me that part of the funds would be available on June 24 and the full amount by June 26. On the morning of June 24, a substantial portion showed as cleared and available. Based on that, I made two modest transactions: one debit card charge and one ATM withdrawal. Later that same day, the bank retroactively put the funds back on hold and pushed the full availability date to July 1. Now my account shows a negative balance for money they had already said was available and allowed me to spend. There was no warning or indication that this could happen. This was not a questionable or bounced check. It was a standard payment from a highly reputable company. Their communication was misleading, and the sudden change in available funds created unnecessary financial risk and confusion through no fault of my own. If this is how they handle basic deposits and customer trust, I cannot recommend banking here.

No, I had to go in and manually copy all the payees. By comparison, when my brokerage merged, I didn't have to manually do anything -- the financial data was all transferred over. Really irritating that I have to manually do this work for my bank account because I have not one, but three accounts. At the same time, my password manager program is shifting to upgraded version, and microsoft is shutting down skype, so I have 3 essential services changing at the same time. I saved the new Camden info into password manager, save didn't work so I tried calling Camden for help, The recorded line doesn't work clearly, and when I finally got customer service rep, she can't find account. Was on phone for 15 minutes, with line going in and out, and she finally finds account, then says she can't help me. I have to go into branch. Great! I expect financial services to have it together to have a phone line which works, as well as handle my $$ better than Camden is doing...

Centrix is not an exciting place but who wants excitement or drama in the financial industry? Boring companies are way better than Washington Mutual & Lehman Brothers.
