He…read morerefuses to let me talk to or deal with the owner of the business (his father) on a issue I had with them on a simple oil change, The forgot to put a bolt/screw back in my undercarriage of my vehicle after a oil change, resulting in the under carriage being broke off. They refuse to take responsibility or fix the issue they caused due to their error!!!! All I asked was they replace the under carriage at no charge to me since it was broken due to their error!!! Literally happened within hours of the oil change!!! I've now had to contact corporate because the manager does not know how to treat his customers fairly and with respect. I'm also seeking legal counsel as I refuse to allow this man to get away with this!! Avoid this location at all costs. A simple 35$ oil change is now costing me so much more!!! This business is a disgrace to the Meineke name!!! Long term customers treated like garbage!!! AVOID
