He was respectful and professional and promised the quote via email within a day. True to his word, we received a very competitive quote! The best part was, Anthony was able to begin the work the very next day! That was a huge bonus for us because we were leaving town within several days. His ability to do the work then allowed us the opportunity to travel with a clear mind that the work was done and done well. It would not have required you to drop anything to take less than 30 seconds to reply to the text I had sent with the photos and say you were no longer interested. That would have demonstrated a level of professionalism and common courtesy that should be a cornerstone of your business. Instead, you decide to respond to this review three years later with a passive-aggressive reply that only serves to make you look incredibly unprofessional. No part of my review was unreasonable, and the resolution that I said I hoped for was completely fair. Sending a text message would not have endangered your life or your health, but it would have gone a long way to showing that you're a decent person who cares about doing right by people, even when you aren't going to take the job.
