Consequently, they deleted support beams and bearing walls, left live electrical circuits buried in the walls, re-plumbed pipes that caused major flooding and did not vent the house fans or plumbing, causing mold issues. Additionally, they hid a crumbling foundation with landscape materials, as well as cut and incorrectly reframed the subfloor. The foundation is sinking and the ceiling is sagging. They refused to provide a Form 17 prior to closing when asked multiple times. Estimates for repairs top $320,000. We have reached out to them with no response, and they are dodging our lawyer's requests for a meeting and legal counsel contact. They have knowingly put our family in an unsafe situation and do not care.

The realtor provided conflicting information regarding the square footage of the property. He bypassed my realtor and reached out to me directly, claiming that he had two appraisals indicating the size as 3002 and 3200+ sqft, opting for the smaller measurement. However, the seller themselves informed me that the first appraisal stated the size as 2900+ sqft. 3. Do not release your Earnest money directly to the seller, and be wary of agreeing to pay more than 5% of your Earnest money. The realtor attempted to trap us with their own contract forms instead of using WA standard forms. 4. I found that the realtor disclosed my private information, including personal messages and phone number, to unrelated individuals. This is a breach of my privacy. 5.
