The agent who represented us out of state buyers also represented the seller, never again. The agent would only give us a 2 day due diligence knowing we were across the country. The house was also supposed to be furnished, not even close. The seller left some thrift store junk and the house so was so filthy, garbage cans in the garage filled with rotting trash. So many lies the agent told us even said when asked why the seller was selling, he said "his wife died", another lie. Found out the seller had harassed neighbors; he is banned from the community. I tried calling the agent, never returned my call so I called the Broker at this office, he was nasty & very defensive, so I immediately knew the whole thing was bad. Nothing was pleasant with this experience.
