Bounce you to different job sites at your expense. There equipment and supplies are outdated. Plus there reputation is very poor in the region. They have a hard time keeping contracts and blame their employees instead of management actually taking care of clients complaints in a timely and professional manner. Always wait to address the matter until it's to late.
