First, I'm grateful they worked with him as far as documents needed to be eligible for work, and even coordinated occasionally with clients who were willing to pick him up to work on jobs. All well and good but I have to say they could use more staff for themselves or more training in the area. You can't expect someone to be up all hours of the night on a chance word comes through about a job. Furthermore it's unprofessional and petty in my opinion to ignore calls or texts as it pertains to checking in for leads, then get bent out of shape when you actually decide to call and he misses it. Makes sense that would likely be the case when they reached out at 10 pm and were told no work and probably safe to say none was coming in for the next day, don't worry about making his way there. Only to wake up the next morning to missed calls at 4 am informing him to show up at 6 am for work. Not only that but what appeared to be intentional ghosting and misleading or false information given in an attempt to dissuade any further contact for him to work in the future. We needed the money badly and being yanked around like that added to the stress of it all. Hope they do better for others and step their game up for the future
