Rather than just helping me cope with the present, she guided me to uncover the deeper wounds I was carrying from my past and showed me how they were influencing my relationships and daily life. Through that work, I've developed a level of self-awareness I never thought was possible. I genuinely feel like a new person. Her compassion, wisdom, and ability to gently challenge me have been life-changing. If you're looking for a coach who will help you create real, lasting transformation--not just temporary relief--I cannot recommend Jess highly enough.

Along the way you've discovered that, due to the nature of this 'self' and 'life' business, no one else can give you the answers to your particular life questions. Yet you're still asking them. What then? Enter Caroline. I won't try to detail my experience, because yours will be different. What I can tell you is that in some ways the most remarkable part of my sessions with her was how much I did. I can remember the exact moment it occurred to me she wasn't going to give me any answers, she was going to get me to give the answers. At first this recognition set off alarm bells - all the usual noise of 'if I haven't figured it out yet, why would I now?!' Or, 'if I could figure this stuff out I wouldn't be here so how could I?!' But lo and behold whatever it is she does created a different space/place in myself to address the questions. The net effect was that for the first time I felt like I had discovered answers within myself. It wasn't smoke and mirrors, or some re-aligned high that would fade at first contact with old habits, or a different world view that I could pretend was mine for a day or two until shit got real and I reverted. As corny as it sounds, it just...was. I think it's Caroline's process that makes it so. The way she walks you through whats going to happen and what is happening is so easy and comforting. Like a 'bringing forth' instead of a 'breaking down' - where 'breaking down' is some sort of analysis or fracturing of yourself to get at the parts. While I had a wide range of deep current emotions in sessions, from sobbing to laughing sometimes in an instant, it was painless (if that makes sense). We weren't pin-pointing some pain to make the wound cry, we were going where I needed to find what I needed. Imagine that you are fully capable of healing yourself, but you've just never been trained to do it. Caroline is the person to show you how.

I kept trying to stop but couldn't find the will power to do it. I'm sure people who smoke understand that love/ hate relationship with smoking. After one session I stopped smoking and have stayed smoke free. I have referred a number of friends to Caroline as well and they've all had profound experiences working with her. Not just with smoking but a number of different issues. Since then I have done a number of other sessions exploring other areas of my life that I would like to tweak and have found similar results. I would recommend that anyone who has ever considered or been curious about hypnosis try it. And I could not imagine a better person to work with than Caroline. She is an extremely talented and caring person. I am so grateful I was curious enough to give it a shot. Peter
