That being said, I think this park & ride is so accessible. Park for free during the day and get an express ride downtown with WiFi included -- amazing. The actual facility is great too, it's always clean, warm, and has WiFi available. There are bathrooms and plenty of seating is available while you wait for your next bus. The website lists that there are bike lockers and a security system with cameras too. Big win. I'm so happy I get to use this facility, it's so handy and in a great location for the western suburbs. There's a Cub not too far away, there's a gas station across the road, and plenty of other amenities nearby. If you've never tried a bus into the city, try it! And go to Station 73 to park your car if you don't have a bus station near you in the western suburbs!

They don't clearly advertise event rates, they reset your rate at midnight rather than charge you for the number of hours parked, and customer service refuses to offer any refunds for their shady pricing structures. Also the door to get to the elevators is locked all the times we've been there and we had to walk down the car entrance to the ramp. the garage itself is nice and clean, and easy to navigate. the location is convenient, but the shady scam of how they charge you is not worth it. Park at Ramp A. It's owned by the city and at least you know what you're paying.

I used this ramp to go to the children's museum. It's recommended on their website. A walkway…read moregoes right to museum entrance, which is handy, especially in winter I'm sure. They have a special lane to enter if you are going to the museum and a special rate (get validated inside). It seems clean, well marked and well lit. The elevators and stairs were clean. It was busy when I was here, so we went up quite a ways to find a spot. Spaces seem big enough to park and actually get out of your car (a novelty I know, but surprising how many places are not that way). Lots of other things to walk to from here too.

For event parking, they close off the Cedar Street entrance entirely and only allow entrance from the Wabasha St side, utilizing 2 attendants who must stand outside to accept cash from each car, and most of the time the 2 attendants are standing at one gate together rather than each standing at a separate gate. In the summer, don't even think about standing on the large grass lawn on the south side of the ramp, as one of the rude security guards will yell at you that you're trespassing and have to leave.

This is where I always Park when I come to the Mall of America which is probably the most spectacular mall in the world or at least in North America. It's on the west side of the mall and it's got Texas hanging down (like I do when I'm down in Texas), the sign is clearly there so you know which state the sexiest girl in the world lives in. You walk straight out of here and you're close to Victoria Secret and a lot of other stuff. It's actually a very well-designed Mall compared to a lot of them despite the fact that it's so huge - it's actually easier to find stuff in this Mall than it is in a lot of others so we appreciate that. I'll definitely use this parking deck in future.
