This was the avocado Benedict had to order more toast to wipe the plate clean.

Ok so that was the Avocado Benedict. 10/10 I had to order more toast to wipe up the plate. The kids got the pancakes and I stole some of those too. The wife had the signature breakfast and the rest of us were like seagulls hovering over it waiting for her to be done. Austin was our waitress and yes she is from Texas. She provided exceptional service to all her tables during the morning rush we didn't want for anything. The atmosphere was a lively Irish ascetic which felt like home for us being from Boston. Even though it's located in a strip mall it felt just like an old school restaurant. Probably the best Benny I've ever had I almost ordered another but the 2 hour drive back to boston made put safety first. We will be back next year.

Cornbeef and hash with a side of bacon and Italian bread as toast

The place was hopping, but seated right away. Our server was great, super attentive. Great hot coffee with ready refills. And the corned beef was on point! A definite recommend.

I took my parents for their first visit here since they remodeled it. Ryan was our waiter. I literally have him as my server each and every time. He's great. I'd be happy to have him serve us from now on each visit forward !! Mom and I had one of today's specials. It was an Asiago hash. Came with 2 crispy hash brown patties topped with 2 Sunny side eggs and loads of thinly sliced ham. Also comes with a choice of toast. Delicious! My petite elderly mom finished the whole plate. Step dad ordered the Irish sampler and cleaned up his plate too! We all did actually! Everything was so good. Total bill came to $46. Lots of options here. Make sure to stop in when you're In Westerly

    Famous Reuben not so much

Stopped here today with my wife for lunch we've been wanting to try it for a bit and hadn't. Nice space bigger than we expected very clean. Server was there as we sat down asked for a drink order. My wife ordered a Rueben and I a bacon blue cheddar burger, interesting never asked how I wanted burger cooked. Food came quickly initially looked good only leading to disappointment. The Reuben had little to no cheese or kraut on it and when asked my wife's response was ahhhh not great. My burger was obviously a precooked patty reheated with no taste dry and such a disappointing experience. Added some mayo and ketchup which didn't help. No returning from the server to see if we were good, no refills to our empty drinks only an are you ready for a check. Wanted to love the place and in hindsight probably a breakfast stop v lunch maybe take the deli out of the name as it is clearly no a deli but a cafe.

    French Omelette- Wheat toast- Perfect!

I think this might be my favorite diner. It was raining, and we were driving back to Maine from CT after a weekend at Foxwoods. We were looking for a breakfast spot, and after seeing Reds' menu, we decided to go. We walked in and were welcomed by the owner (we didn't know that at the time), who was also waitressing. She quickly brought us cups of hot coffee, much needed with the rain, and told us a table would be ready shortly. The menu was overwhelming in the best way. Everything seemed incredible, and most items were made in house, including the biscuits and their delicious sausage. The owner explained that she'd made the biscuits fresh that morning, so I clearly had to try the biscuits and gravy. It ended up being the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. My husband had the deep fried breakfast burrito and loved it. Oh, and the coffee was really good too. My favorite thing about Reds was the service and atmosphere, though. It felt like walking into someone's kitchen from the moment we stepped in. We were welcomed with such kindness, and the owner/waitress was beyond lovely. Everything was truly perfect, and we can't wait to go back whenever we're in the area.

The three of us each ordered something different. My partner and I started with Bloody Marys, served with lemon wedges and a crispy piece of bacon--a true Sunday morning treat and absolutely delicious. The coffee was fresh and hot, just as it should be. I had the breakfast sandwich with homemade sausage and biscuit . My partner ordered the Old Timer and really enjoyed the home fries, eggs, and pancakes. Our son went with the two-egg breakfast and fresh fruit. We all agreed everything was delicious, and we'll definitely be back!

Yes, get here early especially in tourist season to beat the crowds, and order ahead if the option is available. They do sell out so check their instagram/facebook first to make sure they haven't yet. My current go to is a plain or sesame bagel toasted with butter and a little hot honey. When I am more hungry, I go for the sweet Lou with no cheese or the Hot Boi with no cheese and cream cheese on the side. The eggs are local and everything is cooked perfectly. The everything bagel is a little too salty for my tastes, but friends love it! My boyfriend is incredibly picky about bagels but if I come home with no bagel for him he gets in his feelings--it's that good. I'm so happy to see The Flour Shop thrive here in Pawcatuck. They started off with humble beginnings and it's been great to watch them grow and expand. Staff is always kind, even with the stress of the tourist season. Check this place out!

This hidden gem is already going viral in real life, and after my visit, I completely understand why. Be prepared to wait (the line stretched out the door and wrapped around the building) but don't let that scare you away. It moves pretty fast. It's absolutely worth the wait. And that says a lot coming from an impatient New Yorker that hates to wait. Inside is small and can get pretty crowded, but there are a few outdoor tables if you'd rather enjoy your food outside. Parking was surprisingly easy, with a decent-sized lot. The service was just as impressive as the food. Owner Hannah was wonderful to chat with and clearly passionate about what she's built. Alyssa, who took my order, was incredibly patient and helped me narrow down the menu with fantastic recommendations!! I tried the #3 Sweet Lou on a jalapeño bagel with cream cheese, and it was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The cheddar scallion bagel with regular cream cheese was light, flavorful, and had just the right amount of crisp on the outside. I also had the Meemers BLT on a margarita bagel, which was absolutely delicious. For drinks, I ordered the Cookie Butter Cold Brew with cold foam and the Banana Bread Latte with caramel and cold foam. Both were incredible and packed with flavor. (I usually don't even like cold brew) From the exceptional service to the outstanding food and drinks, everything exceeded my expectations. The Flour Shop Bagels & More absolutely lives up to the hype and is a must visit if you're looking for one of the area's best breakfast spots. They are absolutely on my list of favorites now!
