Best customer service and willing to help at all times. I love my 6 pistols from Kel-Tec.

OUSTANDING customer service. I had a self-inflicted problem with my P15. Coordinating the repair over the phone was easy - unlike so many businesses today, KELTEC ACTUALLY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! The repair technician did a perfect job, completing the repair In a few days, and test fired the pistol after completion. I put 50 rounds through it today and it felt great. Thank you, KelTec! read more

I have had a Kel-Tec PMR-30 for the past few years. I purchased this pistol because it was super lite and shot 30 rounds. of .22 cal. Magnum stingers. I love what this pistol is supposed to be but doesn't. Why would Kel-Tec release such an unreliable weapon? There is a company (M-Carbo) that has released an upgrade kit for around $240.00 that makes the PMR-30 about as reliable as it can be, but why should the customer have to pay for a new PMR-30 and then have to pay several hundred dollars more to get it straight. This one should be on Kei-Tec to get it right! I would recommend not buying this PMR-30 until Kel-Tec get this pistol upgraded without additional cost to the buyer!!! Burton B. Olesen read more

I have owned a few keltec products. Some great and some not so great but what has always been great is the customer service. Their commutation and ability to expedite is amazing. They will always hold themselves accountable for the short comings on the weapon and make it right very quickly. read more

They removed their company from Google maps probably because of the negative reviews. My review was on The Rbd-C and it did not match the photos on the site. The quality was subpar but I was hoping it worked it at least. Well, it made it 1500 rounds before the firing broke and the bolt would get stunk to the rear after a new firing pin. I sent it back for warranty which went smoothly and they replaced the barrel and firing bolt assembly. They didn't note the updates and issues on the website. They are fixing them as they come in. Overall I will never be buying from Kel-Tec again for their dishonesty. read more

Took my new SU-16CA out the range today, and was bitterly disappointed! It did not successfully eject any cartridge! Even unfired 1's! Tried Pmags, factory mags, and different ammo! Took it back to store, only to discover extractor was NOT INSTALLED! HOW?!! Are u seriously shippin firearms without test-firing?! Always considered Kel-tec to be an innovative company, but there's NO EXCUSE for such nonexistent QA, especially in such a competitive market... read more

I have to say that Keltec really went over and beyond for my P50 repair! The lady I interacted with for updates was very helpful and would call me when there was any updates. The repair was fast and they threw in a goodie for me! They held on to the gun and shipped it out when I would be able to be home to receive it. 110% satisfied with their customer service and excited to take it out tomorrow!! read more

Took my Kel Tec 380 into the Cocoa customer service department due to jamming issues. The girls at the counter were incredible and very helpful. My gun was repaired the same day. Best customer service ever. THANKS read more

I bought a KS7 and was very enthused, even though I was price gouged by the dealer during the inventory shortage of 2020. I figured it was better to have an over priced weapon than no weapon. I watched a bunch of videos and noted several complaints that shells jammed frequently...but I ignored the videos. While practicing with snap caps, I had a jam...when I called Kel Tec for assistance, I talked with a tech named Sean and found him to have a lousy attitude....his answer was to send my new weapon that never shot an actual round, to Kel Tec for service...apparently it is too difficult to teach a customer anything via phone. I am underwhelmed by the guy's attitude and will probably try to return the weapon. I was entertaining a Remington....when I called Remington for info about their shotguns, I was very impressed with the friendliness of their rep. I regret having chosen thew Kel Tec already. read more

I purchased a PMR-30 last November. I had to send it back for warranty work 3 months later, firing pin broke! it took 4 weeks to repair! Quite a long time. Then 3 months later I had to send it back again this time it is 6 weeks and still waiting! Kel-tec repair time is unacceptable in any normal circumstance. If you take 6 weeks to repair a pistol you need more repair techs.Terrible customer service! Please get better read more

Great spot for a tour. Plus picked up some Great T Shirts and Hats. Highly recommend !!!

My dad, my brother and I stopped in to Kel-Tec while we were in the area on vacation. I am a gunsmith and work for a small gun shop up in Maryland. We carry Kel-Tec products so it was really cool to see the actual faces that put in work for the company. Unfortunately we were there on a day where tours were not offered, but we had fun looking around the company store. I have always appreciated Kel-Tec's innovative products, which they stand behind 100%. A few of my customers have had issues with their guns, but every single time - Kel-Tec has stepped up to correct the problem and make the customers satisfied. That doesn't always happen! After our short visit, the Kel-Tec employees hooked us up with some swag for us and our co-workers. Class acts all around! Keep up the great work! read more

Fantastic customer service. I have an old PF9, no receipt, no nothing. I traded something for it so it's obviously not under warranty. It stopped working or even putting a dent in the primers. I mailed it in to Keltec and told them to bill me for the repair. A week later it came back to me with a new slide, new spring and new barrel. All free, even shipping. My Keltec is my favorite carry piece and now I like it even better because the customer service. read more

Have you considered starting a Go-Fund-Me giving private citizens the opportunity to fund your effort to provide firearms to Ukraine. I would do that! I have booked Ukranian Airbnbs, given to private charities, sent money to animal shelters, but it would be very gratifying to be a part of your effort to provide firearms directly to Ukraine citizens. I have owned a semi-automatic handgun for 30 years. It has been in a locked suitcase for 11 years since it accidentally discharged killing my dad, who had used firearms all his life. I didn't necessarily think I needed, or wanted, a gun around the house...especially after my dad's unfortunate passing. I bet there are other people like me in Ukraine who would really love to have a gun right now. How can we help? And boy are you guys hard to contact! No LinkedIn contacts, not much on your website. Just a phone number with no one to answer it on the weekends. You have a marketing opportunity here! OK, so not your usual YELP business to be reviewed but I have to give props where props is due. Keltec is a great company. I made 3 purchases from them in probably the past 10 years and their Customer Service was great from my first time and every other time after that. They have grown from having a small area where you could go and get service to having a beautiful show room. My most recent visit began with me calling in and speaking to someone named (Sean) *hoping that is how his named I spelled* He told me to come right over to the factory and he would service my product. I was worried because I'm about one hour away and wanted to be sure it would be taken care of then. He did not let me down. I arrived and he immediately told me what they could do for me. The pricing for what I was getting done was very fair and they went straight to work while me and my family waited in the lobby area. They had alot of products and info to keep us busy. The woman working at the front desk was very nice. They provided fast service and when it was all done the person who completed the work came out and handed it to me. Sean checked me out and threw in some nice items for me and my family. I know this company has grown tremendously but they don't act like most big companies out there. They still go about running this large company just like an old mom and pop local business, caring about their customers. I have never seen anyone have a lifetime warranty as good as Keltec. They take care of the customer on the spot. The city of Cocoa is fortunate to have this company. If I lived in the area I would probably try and work for them. Great products, Great customer service. I know to some people everything is Glock, but I am a proud owner and have always been of great Keltec products. read more

Kel-Tec Cnc Industries - Cocoa, Florida

Great products, great customer service, made in the usa, they stand behind their products.

They have tried to bully me to not tell my story abouy sub 2000 recall. They dropped the ball in every aspect of what I have dealt with so far. Called them got nothing but rude and abrasive employees. When my shipping label never showed but but they say it did and I brought it to my dealer to send down to them a new label was never sent. Finally after 5 and a half weeks I get one emailed after I requested yet another shipping label. I went from a 1-2 week turn around to a 4-6 week turn around. Horrible company to deal with. read more

KelTec has some really fun designs, and at a pretty competitive price point to boot. I try to grab the wilder designs early because they tend to go up in value. I have one of the early 2nd Gen Sub2000's and I love this gun! I have a small frame and it just kind of "fits" me. I made the mistake of loaning this away and when I finally got it back (a year later) it was rusted solid. The barrel was rusted shut and everything metal was orange with rust. Well I tossed it in the corner and just kinda looked at it for more than a year, convinced I was probably going to pay more to have it fixed than I payed for it when new..Finally I swung by the office and handed it over to "TJ" who explained to me that in the years I have owned and shot this gun there have been a few upgrades to the design. I got an email notice a few days later that the gun was ready to go. I was astounded to find "TJ" had replaced every moving part on that weapon, the barrel, the grips, the feed ramp, the heavy duty brass bolt they sell, and even the nuts and bolts that hold the thing together. All for a paltry forty dollar service fee. Dang, you got a customer for life here. I got my favorite rifle back and I couldn't be happier. THANK YOU!!! I want to also thank "JP" updating my KS7 and for installing an aluminum follower (while I waited), at NO CHARGE! You guys rock! read more

Bought a KSG online through Keltec which was then farmed out to one of their dealers to fulfill. After two weeks of no notifications I contacted Keltec. After numerous calls and emails I was finally notified that the dealer was out of stock and Keltec would send the firearm. After another week of silence I sent multiple emails trying to get an answer. At about the month mark I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and then received a call after about a day after Keltec received the complaint. They offered to next day ship the KSG but I told them I want a full refund. I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed which I doubt will happen before the New Year. Apparently they close up shop from Christmas to New Years. I can't say I appreciate more than $600 of my money sitting in their accounts while they enjoy their holidays. read more

I have had my crosshairs on the ultimate kel tec ksg for a long time. I ended up purchasing one holloween last year. I ended up breaking the magazine tube selector switch screw inside the receiver. I frantically called kel tec and told them I don't know what to do, first firearm ever purchased, this shotgun has sentimental value to me. They said to ship it to them and they would remove it free of charge. They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to fix and ship back to me. Shipped on Nov 28 2016, called them on Dec 17th , they told me it still hasn't been looked at. They began to tell me that they will be out of the shop from dec21 to Jan 09. I finally called them again on Jan 24th to see where they were at with my gun, they told me that it was finished on the 16th and that they couldn't ship it to my house because of communist ca absurd gun laws/ restrictions. I am irritated because they didn't give me a heads up that gun couldn't be delivered/shipped, if they did I could have gone to me ffl alot sooner to square things away. I was told to call ffl and give them info on my gun for the transition. I was given a tracking number that didn't work for 2 days, I contacted them via ticket on their website explaining it didn't work and they responded later saying that it does. Finally gun arrived today at my FFL 01/31/17. I walked in, all excited thinking I'm going to get my Gun , lol nope . They decided to change my serial number without telling me, so I had to do another background check and wait another 10 days to pick up a gun I already own. Also cherry on the top, they removed my neoprene padding on my kydex cheek rest for some unknown reason and stole my gun lock I had on my ksg. I NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM OR USE KELTEC SERVICES EVER AGAIN. To much of headache and waste of time. Nov. 28th 2016 to February 10th 2017 read more

Worked with the company after having bought two guns. One the sub2000's barrel exploded, they took it in, and two weeks later I had a new one. the other the PMR-30 refused to feed if the magazine was left loaded for more then five minutes or loaded to full capacity. I did not matter the ammunition as I tried about ten brands all recommended by the company. They sent the pistol back and it fed even worse (mind you I bought both these guns at the same time and they broke on the same range day) I asked them if they bothered to read my letter as to why the gun was having issues, they had not, I said I wanted a return. they told me no problem, and they were so sorry they would send me some stuff in return as well! I was pleased I selected the products (a soft case and sling mount for the sub2000) and gave them the parts numbers. They sent me a case for the KSG and a mount for the KSG.....they then send me back my PMR-30....still not fixed. I have been trying to contact them through email and phone for the last THREE days to explain how they screwed up their "sorry" package AND failed to fix, replace or return the gun they have had for over a month now.... read more

I own several Kel-Tec weapons, but I'm not writing about their weapons (which I obviously love) but about their customer service. I had a small problem with my PMR-30, not a big deal really, but it needed to get fixed. My gun dealer sent off for the part and I waited, and waited, and waited. For over a month. Finally I took matters into my own hands and sent an email to the company. I noted that they said it might take up to two business days to reply, but I got a response from Ericka within an hour. She said that she had personally sent the part out twice, and then she said something that floored me, she offered to send the part directly to me. Now, the part was not expensive and I appreciate that, but if I had sent out something twice I might be a little frustrated that it hadn't been received. I got no hint of that from Ericka. She said (quoting here) "I'll be happy to mail it there (confirming my address)." I have dealt with customer service reps many times, and in many situations, but rarely have I ever had such a pleasant response from a single point of contact before. Kel-Tec does not build ordinary weapons, and there are times when some of them may require a little more care and handing than others, but what they do build you won't find anywhere else. Key to it all though, is great service when something does go wrong that you need help on. I give Ket-Tec Five Stars for handling my problem. read more
