We asked her who she would recommend we use, and she strongly recommended Lauren Ammerman at the Wells Group of Durango. Now we do too. Lauren proved herself throughout a complex but ultimately successful transaction that required equal measures of psychology, sensitivity, patience, responsiveness, and follow-through on top of the requisite professional experience. She shepherded our unusual sale with care and competence and brought it to fruition even though there seemed to be little chance of success initially. In addition, Lauren went above and beyond, addressing our issues even while on vacation and ensuring that a couple of items that did not go with the sale reached us safely many states away. Durango, CO is a lovely, active community, so no surprise that it has a vigorous real estate market. In our experience, you can't do better than to have Lauren Ammerman represent you in that market! https://www.wellsgroupdurango.com/agents/80618-lauren-ammerman
