The morning of the visit I called to cancel or reschedule due to a conflict and was told there would be a $50 late-change fee, so I rearranged my day to keep the appointment. When I arrived, I was told I was too late for a touch-up but too early for a new injection--so no treatment could be performed. I had driven from work and canceled my other commitment for nothing. When I called to cancel future appointments and for an explaination, Paige said the issue was that I hadn't told her that morning it was a follow-up; when I asked her to clarify, she denied saying that. While the injectors themselves have been adequate, the management experience--Paige and Amber in particular--has been frustrating due to inconsistent information, poor communication and Paige's tenuous relationship to the truth. I escalated my complaint to the national customer service line after being gaslit by Paige. When I later called the clinic for the injectors' names, I was told that no further information would not be provided and redirected to the 800 number.

He performed my liposuction back in May and he did not performed the flank fold area like we agreed during consultation which still look the same after 6 months post treatment. I had to wear the compression garment 24hr a day/everyday for 3 months straight and when i come back for another consultation they have a new doctor. It was confirm by their new Doctor which is Dr. Blatchford that Dr. Mitchell did not perform the flank fold area which you can see in these images below and if i want to get the area retreat i have to pay another $4,000 because they have a newer machine and technique that Dr. Blatchford brought into the office. Or if i want to get it retreat by Dr. Mitchell i will have to come to OKC because he is relocated, other than that there is nothing they can do about it. Please be aware of Belle Medical because it's not a guarantee that you will lose your fat or will get the area you want to be treated and do your search about your cosmetic surgoen. I was in complete shock when he acted like my surgery was no big deal the entire time! the staff literally couldn't even get blood from my vein an four different girls tried an failed as well as the doctor but only ended up getting maybe a single syringe of blood an gave up, so the fat they got obviously died since it didn't have the correct amount of blood to keep it alive but that was also no big deal and was ignored also as they paid no mind to the matter! I am totally disturbed and depressed at how the results turned out! my back an arms look so much worse than they did before the surgery and now I have the ugliest rolls on both arms and back now that I never had before. now I look like a fat ass with huge fat rolls that are in the strangest places on my back and to top it off my ass looks no different than before but I now have huge lumps on my upper arms and extra fat rolls on my lower back now that makes me look ridiculous in shirts that show my back! So they turned me away and wouldn't see me or simply bill me for the $100. I'm a city employee so they could have easily confirmed my employment or my insurance but instead simply wanted to reschedule me for another month or two out. I'm sure they don't need the business. Good thing there are 30 more dermatologists in Tulsa!
