Keighley library has recently had a complete refurb and is a ll the better for it. It's bigger than most of the libraries in the area, with on the main Bradford branch being bigger.
It has an impressive reference section for all your research needs. The children's section is well stocked with good books, as is the non fiction section. The fiction suffers from the same curse of most libraries by having a massive collection of romances with watercoloured covers but because of the size there's usually something for everyone.
The have a reasonable sized collection of CD and DVD for hire at very good rates and free internet for library members.
In the school holidays they arrange activity days/afternoons for young children that are worth a visit. read more
