He had an associate that seemed to have a decent personality, so despite the cluttered, filthy office, we proceeded. This began one of the worst experiences of my life. We paid around $5k to get treated worse than stray dogs. We needed a couple of amendments to our original claim. Croak barked at us and turned his back to us while he did us the favor of filing the necessary paperwork. We were talked down to, had phones and doors slammed on us. Faxes that were sent were ignored by the office until we called to see if they were received. I bit my tongue for years until we paid off what we owed, but we are out of this mess. This man has no personality, seems to dislike people and needs to hang it up. He also lost the associate that did have some people skills. I will credit him with one thing, I will never get myself into a bankruptcy situation again because of the inhumane treatment I received from this office. I would rather drive my car off a cliff.
