After she had her x-rays, they recommended further treatment. She told them she couldn't afford it at this time and would just like to have her teeth cleaned, but they refused to clean her teeth because she wouldn't do everything they recommended to her right away. Since they are greedy and just want her money, and she couldn't afford to do the recommendations right then and there, they made her pay for the x-rays and ushered her out. They treated her as if she wasn't good enough to be there. She had the money for her cleaning. Disgusting how they treated her.

We will see how this all turns out. I ordered a motor from…read morethese guys, right off their web site. Paid for it in full for about $300. I got a call a few days later saying the motor was discontinued, and the replacement was $480. I said no problem, get it coming. Then a Jack calls me up saying he needs more money to cover tax. Huh? I am in California, you are in Illinois, and your website didn't ask for tax. His explanation is they shipped direct from the motor supplier, so they have to collect tax. My explanation is I bought it from you, not your motor supplier, so your reseller certificate should cover the tax problem. and you should ship it to Illinois, if you want to avoid that. Well, Gilly the manger doesn't care, and told me its the law, blah blah blah, and even though I explained to him how taxes work, and its who your buying it from not who your shipping it to. The fact that this company docent want to ship it into their warehouse, they want to ship it direct is the reason the tax is being triggered, even though they had the wrong price on the motor, and are continuing to waste my time, they don't seem to care. Their web site say Customer Service is our number one goal for 60 years, well I beg to differ. They clearly don't care about me or my needs, and just want to nickel and dime me. ORDER CANCLED!!!
