My coworker recommended them because he was moving into a house that was filthy. He was convinced…read morethe tub would need replacing. That tub looked brand new and he was comfortable moving in with his very pregnant wife. Now they come to clean our condo monthly. Its always 2 people and one of them is the same every time - Kenner. He's fantastic. The cleaners always work nonstop for 3 hours and still can't belive how much they get done in that time. Vacuum, mop, tidy, whole kitchen and bathroom sparkling clean. We have them come an extra time before holiday gatherings or after a surgery or tough health time. Two years later and we're still very happy. Friends have started using them on our recommendation, too. Price is right in the range I was quoted from several other cleaners when we were first looking. For the time it would take me to do what they accomplish, it's absolutely worth it.

As has been posted on Yelp here about Raquel, she is an instant responder, whether it's via call OR text. That's just as important in my opinion, as the fabulous cleaning job she performed!! Communication is all but lost these days, and it's refreshing to have an owner of a service company be a communicator. :-) Oh yeah.....and the job....... Squeaky Clean!! Mom loved her. Raquel will now be Moms regular cleaner. It's a giant bonus that she's a sweetheart!!! THANK YOU Raquel! Chris

The old door, which I think was the original one from the 1960s, was in awful shape; it didn't close cleanly, it didn't lock properly, and the insulation around the perimeter was severely lacking. On the appointed day, NY Renovate got a team down to us first thing in the AM. They ripped out our door toot sweet and put in the new one along with some great sidelights in just a few hours. They also installed all the lock and bell hardware at no extra cost. Once again we were extremely happy with the job NY Renovate did. Wholeheartedly recommended for any home improvement project.

We had a couple of people coming to offer us some quotes and advice. Poli came in and was instantly the only one we were going to start this adventure with. He was honest. Not pushy. Understood our needs and dreams and tried to make them fit in our budget which is probably not the usual large budgets he is dealing with. Yet - he offered us a 5 star service and we are so happy after already a few weeks of us living in the house while he renovates the first floor. The work flow is fast. The team is clean and discreet. I can already see the end and I must say I already want them back for the next project. I don't think many people offer such a level of seriousness and high ethics. I am sure their business will make many more happy home owners :) I will post some pictures once we are all done !
