    I always try and use local businesses. I work for one and typically extend the same courtesy. If I…read morecould rate this place a zero I would. I suggest that nobody use this company. The service and work were horrible. They made and left a tremendous mess around the entirety of the property. As I showed up to my home during the job, an obviously untrained employee was DIRECTLY (from about 6" away)pressure washing the polymeric sand from in between my pavers that were laid just 48 hours prior. When I confronted him and explained the gravity of his mistake, he apologized but the damage was done. It wasn't a little over spray. It wasn't a rinse of the surface. It was direct pressure from the nozzle!!! I witnessed it with my own eyes and confronted the employee IMMEDIATELY! I witnessed it. McMahons said it never happened the way I described it (essentially calling me a liar). My contract was for the FOUNDATION ONLY!!!! Not any sidewalks, or pavers, or driveways or any other surfaces whatsoever. The mention of the parameters of the contract only generated more excuses and blame on me, the client. On top of that, the initial pressure wash of the foundation (the job they were actually hired for) was done so poorly and incomplete that they had to come back a second time to remove flaking paint and mildew that they missed (only after I was going to stop payment on the check). I called and asked them to consider refunding me or to not deposit the check following the incompetence with the pavers. I even offered to split the difference and cover the employees hourly in some form of meeting in the middle. I received an email this morning rife with every excuse as to why it was my fault and not theirs. Their assessment of the situation was more or less too bad on you with a few side notes reminding me that I WAS THE ONE AT FAULT. They attempted to explain that the worker was simply trying to clean up the mess from the foundation. I would have accepted that but for the fact that the rest of the job site was in paint chip shambles. It was EVERYWHERE!!! The ham handed attempt to cover their tracks failed miserably . And they drove away and left that mess. The heavy rains that night only made it worse. Unbelievably, there was no negotiation or meeting in the middle. They took the money and ran. I spent all of the next day correcting their blatant and obvious(and outside the scope of the contract) screw up which cost me additional time and another 85 bucks for the bag of polymeric sand. The gall of this company to essentially give me the middle finger after my attempts to handle this amicably was the icing on the cake. For them to shift blame rather than accept even one ounce of responsibility was appalling. The owner never stopped by, or called, or apologized or anything of the sort. It's nothing short of cowardly of ANY owner to foist disgruntled clientele on to the poor office manager. Handle your own bad business pal!!! Come to the job site and listen to the customer!! Maybe train the employees just a little. I'll post pictures of the mess if McMahons would like me to(but it won't help what's left of their reputation in my book) Terrible. Never again!(and will make sure nobody I come in contact with makes the same mistake as I did by hiring such incompetence). My request for a full refund stands!!! Or how about paying a visit to the job site that your boys screwed up and maybe build some customer relations and see the result of your companies poor work(and poor is being generous). I'm guessing that will never happen as you already took and deposited my money. This was about as bad as it gets as far a job performance, customer service, and satisfaction. I'll be home all week fixing your company screw up and also to discuss just how dissatisfied we are as customers if you'd like to stop by. Please bring my refund when you come by. In the meantime, your reputation is firmly (and along with other stuff) at the bottom of my toilet. You still have a chance to do the right thing. Headed straight to the BBB with pictures and evidence of my experience. Your indifference to the matter and unwillingness to accept the obvious has gotten us here. Good luck with them Mr(no show) McMahon. Hopefully they'll assist me where you and your company so obviously failed. Quite a mess you left us to deal with.
