After said week, we started having the same issue as before. Upon calling the company, and politely asking them to come check it out without charge, as we paid $550 the previous week. He guaranteed to come look at it, but would only work on it again for a certain price. Very unprofessional worker and company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

When…read morehe got here he saw wet wipes in the tank and said it will be $600.00 and would not guarantee being able to get all of the waste out. I had to agree since it needed pumped. He continued to complain the entire time. Then he got mad when I told him to stir the tank with him auger machine and pump more out! I made him do this 3 different times and he still left sludge in the tank that could have been sucked out. Old and old woman doing this work and neither one got around all that well. He dipped out the wet wipes and threw them on the ground and left them, used the water hose attached to the faucet and would not use his. He wouldn't clean the hose either. It's a rental house and he complained about that too! Definitely call someone else instead of this joker! He claimed this tank was the worst he'd ever seen, which I'm sure all his customers hear that one!!! Oh yeah, his voice mail says at the end " God Bless" ......that should have been my 1st Clue! Two weeks later I called asking about the estimate I hadn't gotten. He was rude, unprofessional and promised to take me to court if I left this review. Well..... here's an honest review of your poor customer service and dishonest business practices.
