Put your hand over your wallet and run don t walk in the opposite direction. This firm is ultra…read moreexpensive and charges for phone calls and e-mail correspondence. In addition, you don t even deal directly with Randall Sansom. Instead there are layers of assistants who do everything including tax return preparation. My tax return had $1500 of child care credit that was not filed on my return even though I provided the assistants with a schedule H clearly documenting this. It took my new accountant less than 5 minutes to recognize this mistake . I highly doubt that Mr. Samson even looked at my return. If he did, then he missed this deduction and lost a lot of money for me. Save yourself a lot of money and frustration and DO NOT use this accountant. Your business and your wallet will thank me if you head this advise.
