Both the hummus and babaganoush were served with a pita bread. They were both solid. Flavors were on point. My one observation, and this could be due to Moroccan preparation, was the hummus was a bit thinner than most hummus. So while flavor was great consistency was a bit off to me. The main dishes were both wonderful. The chicken tagine was a generous portion, great for sharing. Two chicken drumsticks with a ton of veggies and fruits cooked to perfection that the meat fell off the bones. The sauce was tasty and well spiced.
