Extraordinary waste of time. I contacted this company about my interest in a property they had…read moreavailable. I scheduled an appointment through text for 11:30 AM on Saturday, 1/25. I get to the property about 10 minutes before the appointment. 11:30 comes and goes, no one shows up. Someone else shows up, apparently to see the house as well. I wasn't aware that I would be joined in tour with another prospective renter. I call their main number, no answer. I call Mike, also no answer. His voicemail instructs me to shoot him a text instead so that's what I do. At this point, I'm glad there's someone else with me so I'm not just sitting out in the cold alone. I stay until 12:00PM. At this point I've waited 40 minutes, 30 minutes after the showing was supposed to start. I still haven't gotten a text back. During our text exchange to schedule a showing, I agreed to a 11:30 AM time. In a confirmation text however, it said 11:30PM. Initially, I assumed I wasn't going to be looking at a house well into midnight. However, this shows a huge lack of attention to detail. I would not want this company taking care of my rental at all. I am blown away with their incompetence and sheer disrespect for our time.

Glad I have his team overseeing our investments. Would definitely recommend Nitro RE to anyone in the area.

At the time, we were living out of state so we couldn't see the house until our house hunting trip a couple of weeks later. However, once we did see the house, we immediately fell in love and knew it was the one. Amanda was always a pleasure to work with. She always replied to our messages quickly and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and friendly. Not only did Amanda become our realtor, but she also became our friend through this process. For example, when our cat passed away, she sent thoughtful messages as well as a sympathy card. That was extremely kind and truly touched our hearts. It showed us that she cared about us not only as clients, but also as people. If you are looking for an amazing realtor, you should reach out to Amanda. We have sold three homes and purchased four, so we've definitely had our fair share of realtors. I can honestly say, Amanda is the best realtor we have ever had, and we are so happy and thankful that we found her.
