After using Kearney Eye, im on my way back to the old office quick and in a hurry. Everytime I come here, one of the members of the staff- dont know or care what she does - is the rudest thing to deal with. Luckily shes not a receptionist that represents the company because she would turn clients off completely. She tries to make you feel dumb for asking questions most of us dont know the answer to or she mansplains it. Last time I was here, she was the most insensitive person in the building, probably the only insensitive one. My child was upset and all we got was this callous human being. Leanne could benefit GREATLY from sensitivity training or just basic human decency. The receptionists are usually very sweet but her demeanor overshadows everything else i like about this place. It's a shame

I have sent in a correction request for this business. They have 2 different businesses within the…read moresame building. The doctors and surgeons are ground-floor, and the rehab center and therapists in the basement area. I have been to both. My present, occasional, visits are to an orthopedic surgeon Dr. Neilson (sp?). Injury followup visit today. Entire staff is great and this is a busy place with lots of people working in various capacities besides the doctor staff. Everyone is great and happy here. Pros. - Ample parking…read more- Large waiting areas - Building is well decorated and maintained. Clean bathrooms. - Doctors have a good bedside manner and are very knowledgeable. My friends see Dr. Philpot. I've seen Dr. Weir and Dr. Loeffler with the former being my main doctor. - Dr. Weir performed my c-section last year and did an amazing job. The nurses at the hospitals raved about him beforehand when I visited each and they were adamant that if anything were to go wrong, that is the doctor they would want taking care of them. - Nurses are all friendly and sensitive to concerns with bloodwork. When I call with questions, they get back to me quickly. - Waiting times vary so sometimes I get right in and sometimes I wait over 30min. Women are late for appointments, unexpectedly take extra time in office or doctors are needed to deliver babies so you always have to try not to take the delay personally. Cons. - On one occasion there were loud little children in the waiting area and they weren't accompanied by anyone. We all assumed they were someone else's kids until the mom came to the waiting room and left with them. A reviewer complained that they don't perform VBACs but the federal guidelines for that procedure are VERY strict which makes them expensive and the Hastings location she recommends does NOT follow federal guidelines for their VBACs.
