Been coming to Ke Zhang for the last year or so for their ice rice. Would really love to give them 5 stars but they recently switched from crushed ice to ice cubes. With the crushed ice it was great because you can grab a scoop and there will be a few pieces of crushed ice. Great service and excellent food! We came here prior to covid and interior is very modern with a comic book/anime theme. We came when they first opened at 11am because my friend and I both have small children. They were very nice and accommodating. Now with covid we just order takeout. Still just as good. When dining in , the waitress are very rude and look miserable all the time as if they hated their job. The food is either overly sauce or blend. They make their yaki tori/ shish kebab on electric grill which is very bad for your health. When I order delivery, it took over an hour to arrive. On top of that they forgot my drink... Good restaurant with amazing food and a great atmosphere. The walls are decorated with One Piece related artwork. The variety of food is wide and affordable. I would like to compliment a worker named Danny. He told me he learned to pour water in China high up in the mountains from the amazing Watah Pourer. You must ask this guy to pour your water. This place was okay, the only thing I remember was the Anime theme which was super cute and they have those little booth that looks like a tiny house. Decor was sharp, which makes up for the food. The menu was pricey, however they do have these shewers that you can order and they are around $1 -$3 depending on which one you order! Two things I ordered along with 5 shewers were the pineapple rice and salted/pepper chicken. The shewers were a little greasy, actually it was very greasy... The pineapple rice did not tasted fresh at all, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The salted/pepper chicken was pretty good. Great Place to eat, their BBQ tastes really good and the food is delicious and cheap. They have a wide variety of food you can choose from. The place is open until 2am so it's great for late night eats. The staff here is very nice too! read more

Love their skewers , cheaper than buying from carts. Try their ice rice dessert, refreshing and filling at the same time . Their decoration is nice but the lighting of the store is too dark for me . Their fried rice is really good. I know, I know why is an Asian person ordering fried rice, lol. But I've tried their shrimp fried rice and their chicken and both are good. Their special where it's both shrimp and chicken is good too. The only dishes I come here with my bf and friends for are the cabbage, salt/pepper chicken, and soup in spicy soup. Others on the menu I don't know how good they are but we always come back for those couple of things. Their cabbage is the best we have ever had! And my bf love their salt and pepper chicken; saying nowhere else can compare to this place. If you pass by this this restaurant, I recommend you not to eat here. The service is horrible. When we ask the waitress (the girl who wear eyeglasses), for 2 bowls VERY POLITELY! Honestly, this place is pretty underrated. If you're a One Piece fan like me, you'll be blown away by the decor. The service was extremely quick. I think our food came out in like five minutes. The staff was really nice too. Dishes were very decently priced and came in a bento box style tray. We ordered the seafood chow fun, fried egg with shrimp, strawberry smoothie, and a few skewers off the bbq menu. Everything was seasoned really nicely. If I could I would give them zero star, I would. They deserve it. Horrible service! They got my whole delivery order wrong and didn't even offer to change it for me. So they changed the menu and didn't even notify us. They blamed us for not telling them we have the old menu. How in the world do I know you changed your menu?! We took a visit here last night expecting the food to be the same from half a year back but nothing taste the same. The quality has completely went down the hill and not to mention, did the chef forget how to cook? Dishes that were suppose to be crispy all came out soggy. The soup that we ordered taste bland and tasteless. Not to mention, the service is terrible. They forgot our order, usually it's not a big deal but when the order finally came out after reminding them twice, it was soggy and just looked like a bunch of fish mushed together. Been here twice, and both times, I ask myself one question... why would I come back? Answer: ONE PIECE THEME!! Seriously though.. the food leaves much to be desired. Out of all the things they served, their bbq skewers are probably the only thing I would recommend. The noodles are bland yet have a weird after taste. The rice bento dishes are super dry. I haven't had any problems with their services though. They should probably work on their menu. Had lunch here today around 2 pm and there was a lot of seats, no wait. Unhappy about the service, had to constantly flag waiters down and the waitress on duty had a really bad attitude. We ordered the cheesecake and it came frozen, tough like a brick. It was obviously a store bought cheesecake and was never specified that it would be frozen. We complained about it to the waitress and she said the frozen cheesecake has never been complained about and was condescending enough to tell me try to use a fork after demonstrating that I was unable to make even the smallest dent with spoon. Ridiculous reception to a customer complaint. We ordered the beef, chicken, lamb, fish ball, mini-sausage skewers: beef and mini-sausage were the most unique. We tried the dry sautéed fatty beef hotpot and it was pretty small for $19. There was very little beef compared to the overwhelming amount of vegetables, does not come with rice. The iced rice was similar to shaved ice but drowned in sugar syrup. Did not see the appeal that other reviews showed. Food was average, but service was the problem.
