UPDATE: office called asking if I saw that the reassessment had been processed & I was getting…read morerefund that they had worked to get me. I corrected her saying no, you incorrectly filed that I owed, I came back to show your preparer what she had missed, resulting in reassessment and refund. She refused to accept or agree that they erred. She then asked if I would remove my negative reviews! No apology nor acknowledgment of their mistake so no - I will not remove my review.
